[RPZ] Logging analysis and consolidation (part III)

Hi,

The RPZ Log Analysis (RPZLA) project has a home now at 
github under the name 'rpzla'.  The pre-alpha software is 
uploaded there.

That is now the official location for the software.

I will be using/updating that location as the local implementation
is performed over the next month to improve on installation
instructions etc..

When a tested alpha release is ready for general testing 
it will be announce both at that location and this mailing
list.

All feedback is welcome either by direct email reponse or
via the 'Issues' mechanism at github.

Early days.  More should be clear by May/June.
