Small update to this: ixfr-from-differences only makes no difference to
how you transfer the zone from others from 9.9 and newer.  It was
changed in order to implement inline signing.  Prior to 9.9, specifying
ixfr-from-differences will cause the server to default to requesting
AXFR rather than IXFR when transferring a zone from others.
