[dnstap] trouble compiling BIND 9.9.8-S6 w/ dnstap

Please disregard the previous message, I was on an ancient version of 
GCC (4.2.1 20070831 patched [FreeBSD]). Upgrading to 4.8.5 seems to have 
fixed the issue.
