[RPZ] rpz performance

i've heard several stories about BIND9's rpz performance, from "each rpz
you subscribe to halves the queries-per-second of that server" to "for
up to 20 subscribed rpz zones, it's a 50% hit on queries-per-second".

can the people who have tested this share their results, and their
methodology? ideally share it openly on this mailing list, but i'll take
it privately if that's all you can get permission for.
