Thanks Hugo,
The wikipedia entry looks good to me.  You may want to add that
the default behavior of RPZ is to give an NXDOMAIN, i.e. to not
resolve the resolved malicious site.  It's true that a walled
garden or security warning web page may also be desirable results
from RPZ.
