We would like a version for 9.8.4 (I hope support for rrl in 9.8.x is
not being abandoned). Using the 9.8.3-P2 patch throws up too many
errors against 9.8.4 for me to feel at all comfortable about it.

More generally, what are the prospects for getting the rate-limiting
patch incorporated into ISC's main BIND?
