I said that before, but with three implementers(*) out there, I think it's time.  Especially as the implementations still differ yet are interoperable.

(Said with the mind that I don't think Internet Drafts are specs.)

* - counting three open source, general purpose distributions of DNS server software.  I'm sure it's in other implementations too.
